The Running Factory is proud to present our first ever 5km/10km Running Clinic. This 9-week course is designed for the runner looking to complete there first 5k or 10k distance race or those of you looking to better your existing times in the respective distances. Our knowledgeable instructors will teach you to harness your speed through weekly track & hill workouts, and build core running muscles to drop minutes off your race times! Whatever your running goal, we can help you achieve it.
