         We are excited to announce that our Winter Half Marathon, Marathon, and Around the Bay 30k Clinic will begin Wednesday, January 21st !
*For those registered and training for Around the Bay, there will be a pre-clinic program leading up to the in-person meet up days starting January 21st*

     This 16 week clinic will be geared towards those tackling Glass City, Toronto, Mississauga and other Half/Full Marathons Spring 2026.
Enjoy expert talks before weekly group runs which will dive into topics focusing on distance training and staying strong and healthy for the long haul, while also having access to experienced run coaches and group leaders. We will meet once a week (Wednesdays at 6:15pm) from various locations around Windsor to get specific training experience with hills, flats, and everything in between.  

    *when registering, please choose distance (or specify ATB to get your pre-clinic program) you`ll be training for, and shirt size option - this size will be marked down for your clinic t-shirt*

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims against The Running Factory Inc. (Wyandotte Location and Walker Road Location), event volunteers and their officers, directors, agents, successors, and/or assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me at this event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently prepared for this type of event. I also agree and allow any photos at event to be posted or used for promotional material.

I ATTEST AND VERIFY THAT I AM 18 YEARS OF AGE OR THAT I AM SIGNING AS THE LEGAL GUARDIAN ON BEHALF OF AN EVENT PARTICIPANT BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 AND 18 YEARS. IF I AM SIGING FOR A PARTICIPANT UNDER THE AGE OF 18, I AM REGISTERED AND WILL BE ATTENDING THE CLINIC.

    Agreeing to this waiver and registering online for this event by me, for myself or as legal guardian of an event participant, in an electronic format authorizes you to accept this waiver as signed by me.
